  • If you have placed your order on eBay, please make payment as soon as possible, detailed payment instructions are provided in the eBay descriptions, you should be able to make payment before you click on "Buy it Now" and immediately after. Please remember that when you click on "Buy it Now" on eBay, you have purchased and are entering into a contract to pay for the item.
  • It may be possible to cancel a order however orders must be cancelled the day the order and payment is received to avoid cancellation fees. Any canceled order after the order date, and prior to the order being picked up by the Freight shipping company, is subject to a 20% cancellation fee because of the high costs of payment processing fees, shipping processing, shipping cancellation and restocking at the warehouse. Sometimes it may be too late to cancel a order due to shipping processing and time involved to stop a order from shipping at the warehouse.
  • Any canceled or returned order after the order is shipped and prior to delivery is also subject to the actual shipping cost paid to the shipping company and the shipping cost to return the product, and the 20% order cancellation fee, these costs would be deducted from your refund.

  • Customer is required to receive product to qualify for a refund under our generous in-home "60 day trial offer." Customer understands this return policy is designed to enable the customer to try the product with the understanding that it can be returned for a refund if the product doesn’t meet or exceed their expectations. In these settings, most new products come with a one year labor warranty (see manufacturer's warranty document that comes with product for specific coverage). Additionally, there are varying manufacturer part warranties up to Lifetime coverage. Naturally, if a product is used in a commercial setting, it will be subjected to greater wear and tear, and possibly abuse, and therefore, our reduced sale prices for equipment sold to non residential settings do not include a labor and part warranty. We do not build a large cost buffer into our prices to cover future commercial service like other fitness companies. If we did this, customers would be paying up to twice the prices we offer which are the case with other fitness companies. As an added convenience, CardioZone offers parts at reduced prices for all of our valued customers. Standard manufacturers warranty and any added warranty coverage is non transferable and is valid for the original owner only.

    Lifetime Warranty Coverage
    Parts must be properly installed and used to qualify for replacement. And parts damaged due to neglect or other causes are not covered. Parts Coverage: Treadmills - Main Drive Motor, All Frame & Welds and the Deck underneath the belt. The Lifetime warranty also requires that a "Certified Protective Floor Mat" be placed under the equipment to extend its life and provide maximum safety. If this "certified" mat is not placed under the equipment, steel frames can rust, welds can fail, carpet fibers, dog and cat hair, debris and dust can get sucked up into motor housings, pulleys, rollers, etc. and cause damage. This "certified" mat should be placed under equipment at all times to receive the free lifetime warranty coverage valued at $500. If this mat is not placed under equipment and there is a service issue as a result of the mat not being placed under equipment, claim may be denied. Ellipticals - Electro Magnetic Brake, Flywheel, all Frame and Welds and the Pedals. Exercise Bikes - Electro Magnetic Brake, Flywheel, all Frame and Welds, Cranks and Pedals. Home Gyms - All Frame and Welds, Cables and Pulley's and the Upholstery.

    For all parts covered under lifetime warranty, customer will be shipped replacement part(s) and is required to return the defective part within 14 days. If part is not returned within 14 days, customer will be charged the cost of the part plus shipping. Customer must provide credit card info when reporting lifetime warranty part requests which will only be used if defective part is not returned or does not qualify under the warranty coverage. If any product or part is damaged due to a lack of or improper maintenance, such item(s) will not be covered under warranty. It is important to save your invoice for future reference as this is your proof for warranty coverage. Manufacturer warranty and extended lifetime warranty are valid as long as the manufacturer is still in business and able to provide parts. In the event a manufacturer goes out of business and cannot provide parts, warranty cannot be fulfilled and CardioZoneTreadmills.com shall not be held responsible for said warranty.

  • Our orders are shipped from the warehouse in California or Utah. We can also accept pick-ups at both locations, please Contact us for details. Some time is needed for the all our orders to be processed and arranged for pickup, orders are picked up by a freight truck in large quantities to help keep shipping costs down, therefore all our orders are picked up from the warehouse usually once or twice a week.
  • Your order will be shipped and delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers. Your equipment is carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. Please remember, it is very important that you carefully inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it, although highly unlikely, damage during shipping is not impossible to happen especially with large and heavy shipments. The delivery person will need you to sign for receiving your shipment. On very rare occasions, a product may be scratched or damaged during shipping. Before you sign for your shipment, please be sure to inspect your product and its parts thoroughly, and sign for any items that are missing or potentially damaged. If the shipping carton, box or pallet is damaged in any way, please indicate the damage on the delivery receipt. For example, "Box is crushed", "Box has a hole in it" or "Pallet is broken". Since parts are interchangeable, any damaged part can be replaced with a factory original new part when freight delivery receipt is properly noted. Customer agrees to adhere to freight carriers freight claim protocol and customer agrees to cooperate with such policies to facilitate the processing of the claim. Should labor be required to change a part, customer will receive FREE in-home service. Regardless of missing items or potentially damaged items, in any case please do not "refuse" shipment. Refusing shipment leaves you responsible for any other shipment fees by the shipping company to have your shipment re-delivered, returned or replaced. When you accept delivery and note on the delivery receipt missing and/or damaged items, you are guaranteed 100% product repair and/or replacement in a timely fashion. If you discover ANY KIND of damage after you open your package that was not noted on the delivery receipt, you must notify the freight carrier immediately of the concealed damage in order to have a valid claim, please contact them within 48 hours, not to exceed 15 calendar days, and request a "concealed freight damage inspection." If a customer relocates a product to a different location than the delivery address on the bill of lading, prior to a "concealed freight damage inspection," freight company will not accept responsibility for freight damage and customer shall nullify their rights to a freight damage claim. All proceeds from a given freight claim would be refunded directly to customer. If customer refuses delivery due to excessive freight damage, it is understood that we shall have the right to re-ship the identical product at no additional cost to customer if we decide that to be the best decision, using the same or a different carrier at our discretion.. We are not responsible for damaged shipments that are not signed for as damaged upon arrival or concealed damaged shipments where the consignee did not notify the freight carrier within 15 days of delivery receipt. Please be sure to also save the carton and all packing materials your product arrives in.

  • Canadian customers are responsible for setting up a broker to get the order delivered to your home once it reaches the border, and you are responsible for all broker fees and Canada duties/taxes.
  • Most orders shipped with "Free Home Delivery" on average are delivered in approximately 7 - 14 business days, CA orders could be delivered sooner.
  • Free Home Delivery does not include a in home delivery or assembly, customer is responsible for getting some help to move the treadmill into the home and assemble.
  • Please remember these are much larger and heavier shipments which take much more time than normal smaller UPS or Fedex packages to be processed and arranged for pickup, Handled and Shipped on Freight trucks, and delivered. I apologize if any slow shipping or delivery scheduling issues occur, please understand that freight shippers have many large heavy shipments to ship and deliver to homes, which can possibly add extended time before delivery. The delivery has to be scheduled with you over the phone for a delivery date and time frame, Thank you for your patience!!
  • The delivery company will not attempt delivery or arrange your delivery until they speak to you on the phone to confirm and schedule the actual delivery date and time frame, so you don't have to worry about the delivery coming without you knowing about it. If you can't be home on the first day they want to make delivery, then they can schedule the delivery for a near future date, if you are planning on going on vacation and you won't be home on or around the estimated delivery dates, don't worry, the delivery agent will call and leave a message on your phone, then they will wait until you call them back to arrange and schedule your delivery, they will not ship back your order, they will wait to hear from you. Most delivery agents do not deliver on the weekends.
  • Please understand that the shipping company is independently owned and operated, and therefore we have no control over the delivery arrangements and scheduling, and we are not responsible for the scheduling of your delivery, if you need assistance please let me know and I will be happy to try and help any way possible, however all I can do is what you can do, which is call the shipping company and make a request that may or may not be possible to be achieved, I am sure your delivery agent will do everything they possibly can to have your order delivered to you as soon as they can, I apologize for any inconvenience if you do have any shipping or delivery scheduling issues or delays. If customer refuses shipment or cancels the order prior to delivery because of any shipping or delivery issues which are out of our control and we are not responsible for, he/she will be responsible for the actual shipping costs paid to the shipping company to have the product shipped to and from their location.   • The treadmills require additional assembly because they can not be shipped fully assembled, you don't have to build the whole treadmill. The assembly is not too difficult. The console gets attached, the upright posts need bolted to the frame resting on the floor, the handlebars need bolted on, the motor cover needs screwed on, and other small steps are needed. Time involved would be about 20-60 minutes depending on your mechanical assembly experience and skills, and how fast you work at the assembly. If you are mechanically inclined then you should have no problem assembling the treadmills. Customer is responsible for the assembly when the Free Home Delivery is chosen.
  • If "Assembly" is requested, The techs will assemble the treadmills. Techs will come to your home soon after delivery and completely assemble the equipment, please see the item's description which has more details about this delivery option.
  • The owners manuals have good directions in them for all our products, and you could also call the service department using the phone number in the owners manual for assistance if needed. I have never been told by any of my customers that they could not do the assembly, and nobody has said that they thought the assembly was too difficult.
